His brothers later joined him in the business andin the first year itself the company achieved an annual turnover of Rs million. Afterthat, there was no looking back for the company. Its performance kept improving andit made its presence felt not only in India but in over other countries to which itexported diamonds. On October the Chairman of Krishna Exports,Savjlokia. announced a bonus worth Rs million to employees who hadcontributed to the tremendous growth of the company. The bonus included Fiat Puntocars for employees, jewellery for employees, and partpayment companycontribution for flats for employees.
The company adopted an employeecentric approach, providing the employeesand their families with various benefits.
