Tom has been working with ABD Digital Inc. since 2013 in Mexico City, where the company's headquarters are located. In 2013, Tom started with ABD Digital Inc. as a "Computer System Manager". In 2016, he was promoted to "Senior Manager". Since 2017, he has been acting as an "Information Systems Vice-President", working 40 hours per week. His annual salary is $150,000 CAD.

ABD Digital Inc. software allows companies to reach external users securely and effectively by:

1. creating partner or customer SSO across sites;

3. providing MFA for apps;

6. creating secure user management.

In 2020, Tom was transferred to the ABD Digital NY Inc. under a two-year work permit to assist with business development. After completing his assignment in late 2022/early 2023, he returned to the headquarters in Mexico to resume his position as "Information Systems Vice-President".

ABD Digital T.O. Inc. is now seeking to hire Tom for his expertise and leadership skills to help strengthen its Canadian operations. ABD Digital T.O. Inc. employs over 30 people. Its software and IT solutions are utilized by more than 40 organizations to help protect the identities of their workforces and customers. The annual revenue of ABD Digital T.O. Inc. for the fiscal year that ended on January 31, 2024, totaled approximately $4,000,000 CAN.

ABD Digital T.O. Inc. is offering Tom the position of Information Systems Vice-President for a two-year contract with an annual salary of $197,600 CAN for a full time position for 40 hours per week (hourly rate equivalent to $95).

The employer has provided Tom with a job offer, including:

1. An offer of employment number A0123456 through the IRCC Portal
2. Receipt payment of employer compliance fee
3. A signed contract of employment (including the position offered, wage, duties, duration, position requirements, etc.),

The position requires a university degree in a related field and ability to perform the following duties:

• Determine the company's mission and strategic direction through policies and objectives
• Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
• Allocate resources for policy implementation, financial controls, promotional campaigns, and HR planning
• Select and delegate authority to middle managers, directors, and other executives
• Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions

Tom holds a savings account with $100,000 CAN. He owns a condo in Tulum, Mexico, which he rents out and he owns a condo in Mexico City, where he currently resides.
