Case Study Analysis report evaluation based on the clarity, appropriateness, and the assessment of the project itself, along with complying with the expected section headings and structure. The report should be organized into three parts, as described below:

Part 1. From an employer (or an organization you know well), summarize an actual innovation project (either a success or a failure) by providing:

• A description of the project.
• The target customer.
• How the project got started.
• The current status of the project (or how it ended).

Part 2. What are the organizations innovation strengths (facilitators) and weaknesses (barriers) exhibited in the innovation project you chose (i.e., being customer-driven, motivating creativity, and proper management roles at all levels)?

Part 3. Provide recommendations for increasing the organizations innovation strengths and reducing weaknesses. If your recommendations were executed, describe how the organization would change.
