At the three-month review meeting, issues have been found, which are affecting productivity levels. The following has been reported: > Two employees in the production department are struggling to complete work to a consistent standard The sales team is not meeting its targets. On closer inspection, it is found that in the first point, both employees are not consistent with how they perform work tasks; there is no clear instruction or guidance for them to follow.
