Case Study Content: The structure of your Case Study report section should have the following subheadings {i.e. subsections}: I Analysis of topic given - this should include an analysis of the methodologies that you would consider to employ to design a cinemagoing entertainment service to enhance User Experience {UK}. I Recommendations and Implementation Plan here you discuss in more detail the methods you choose to use to design the entertainment cinema-going service e.g. what resources will you need, who is going to be applying and executing the methods, how each method will contribute to the specic Service Design, what risks are involved and how to resolve these. You also need to provide a clear timeplan for your implementation of these methods in your envisioned Service Design project time. The timeplan can include a Gannt chart highlighting milestones, duration of the method execution, deliverables etc. Remember the timeplan needs to demonstrate validity and feasibility.
