Case Study Evaluation and Response Project $$ Entrepreneurial Management

In this project, you will play the role of a business consultant analyzing an entrepreneurial venture, Restoration Affiliates or $($RA$).$ Included is a detailed MIT Sloan case study describing the company, what it does, and the decisions it faces. You will draw from this case study, the class readings, and outside research to provide a detailed characterization and analysis of the company, as well as suggest solutions to several managerial challenges facing this entrepreneurial venture.
