Ibrahim owns a company that operates 3 continuing care centers for the elderly. The company has many different leadership development programs. The purpose of the Breakthrough Leadership Program (BLP) is to increase the competencies and effectiveness of high potential leaders.

Ibrahim also believes that investing in the company's potential leaders helps retain the best talent, which in turn creates high levels of engagement for the company's employees. Participating employees provide high-quality services to the elderly, which affects their satisfaction.

The BLP program prepares employees to take on additional responsibilities or move to higher-level positions. Program content covers building results and accountability, employee development, improving communication and influencing others. The one-year program includes: 1-Classroom 2-Virtual Learning 3-Online Learning.

Program participants also receive training to help them develop and implement an action plan tailored to their personal development needs.

The management development program focuses on developing future leaders from employees who currently work as housekeepers, engineering positions, restaurants, and management positions. This year-long program includes courses, experiential learning, and mentoring.

In the Emerging Leaders programme, employees participate in a six-month virtual learning program focused on developing the knowledge and skills they need to help them grow as leaders.
