In this assignment you are asked to do independent research and find a case of a MNC that behaved unethicallysomewhere around the globe (any MNC).This unethicalbehavior can be related to bribery, child labor, low wages, low safety rules, environmentalissues etc. Your mini caseshould be 2 or 3 pages long and cover at the minimum the following (you can add more):

- Summarize the incident (give all the details)

- Why it was considered unethical?

- Will it be considered unethical in other counties around the globe?

- How the MNC reacted once the unethical behavior became public?

- Do you think the reaction was enough or appropriate?

- If you have been the CEO of the MNC how would you react and why?

- What actions can the MNC take to minimize the chances that such breach of ethics will happen in the future?
