Case study:

In this case study, we look at someone who's role as an Ocean Import Coordinator, handles various accounts. They currently have roughly ten accounts, all requiring different responsibilities and procedures. Recently, they were involved in trading accounts with the New Jersey Branch Office. they had given them one of their accounts that was very demanding, in return for an account where the office happened to be located down the road and required different operating procedures. It was a wise swap, because the office for the customer was in Illinois. It didn't make sense that the New Jersey office was taking care of it. However, with the new account comes new challenges. Those challenges include training, assistance, time, hiccups and even failure. Because of that, I think it's important to take a deep dive and closer look into this project.
