Case study: is this the right C$-$suit role?

The intention of these assignments is to practice clear and concise executive briefing communication. As a result, this is highly structured, and you are asked to be very concise and to the point in your responses.

Write these cases with the idea that you are writing a briefing for a CEO to consider. This should be submitted as a five$-$section document for each case. For this course, please submit five bullet points per section $($do not write a narrative for these case studies; only write in bullet points$)$ and do not deviate

from this format:

o What does this organization do$?$ Who are its key leaders? Etc.

address the problems you$$ve identified $($for example: $$Staff turnover rate is reduced$)$

The following will be used to evaluate your submissions:
