Case Study of the OJ Simpson case.

1. Develop a written paper answering the following questions:

a. What happened? Give the case background.

b. Describe forensic aspects of the case. What evidence was collected or should be collected. If the case went to court, are there any issues with chain of custody? If so, what and how did it impact the outcome.

c. If the case occurred greater than 10 years ago, how has forensic science and health care changed as related to how society views the type of event now (ie: Intimate Partner Violence)? How has evidence testing changed?

d. What was the conclusion or outcomes of the case? Discuss the impact the crime had on the victim, perpetrator, families thereof, community and justice system.

e. Briefly, what are your thoughts about the case?
