Case study - part 2

A few months into her new role as leader of the community garden project, Sandra encounters an issue with her direct report, Frank. A few volunteers have approached Sandra recently expressing concern over Frank's interpersonal skills. One volunteer reported that they had seen Frank being rude to a group of clients. Another volunteer has told Sandra that Frank yelled at them for not putting some gardening tools away in the correct place.

In addition to these complaints, Sandra has noticed that Frank's demeanour with others can be blunt and unprofessional.

Sandra informs you of these issues and says she thinks Frank needs some intervention to improve her performance.
