The registered customers can login to the system and check the servicing status. Moreover, customers can view any e-documents by accessing to the new Appointment and Service System. Customers can provide their feedback via the new system as well. Overall, the objective of this project is to eliminate the operating costs of the existing manual systems that mainly based on phone calls and paper works. The new system is delivered based on project management to improve communications and satisfaction of various stakeholders of the organisation. The formation of the project teams that consists of existing employees of the company. A Senior System Analyst from Information Technology department has been chosen by the management of the firm to be the project manager in order to oversee the entire project. Project teams had been formed to support the project. The major teams are referred to development teams, a testing team and a quality team.
