The modern workplace emphasizes working within teams which can present a variety of issues, especially as they relate to the division of the workload and the dynamics of bridging widely diverse personalities. You were required to work in teams during this course. Given that all of our work has been done virtually, discuss the following questions:

1. Was the dilemma of teamwork versus individual work intensified in your virtual team projects?
2. What dilemmas did you encounter when you had to do the group assignments as part of a team?
3. How did you manage the issues that came up?
4. What might have changed if you could have done these projects face to face?
