Signalized intersection

The intersection of Marina Blvd and Cherry Avenue has $75$ seconds cycle length. Traffic count taken from the intersection is during peak hour volumes. Green time for directions of NB and SB is $40$ seconds.

According to the volume below, calculate storage length for left turn lane for all approaches which include NBLT$,$ SBLT$,$ EBLT, and WBLT$.$ Amount of truck traffic is $10\%.$

Right turn on red is not allowed for NBRT and SBRT$,$ therefore determine right turn storage length for both directions. Green time for Northbound and Southbound directions including left turns is $40$ seconds

If we assume south bound left turns from Marina Blvd to Cherry Avenue is low and all vehicles arrive during Red join the queue. Using red time formula, calculate the storage length.
