CEMEX is a global building materials company that provides high-quality products and reliable services U.S. network includes 10 cement plants, close to 50 strategically located cement terminals, nearly 50 aggregate quarries and more than 280 ready-mix concrete plants In Texas, CEMEX operates 1 cement plant (Balcones), 3 domestic terminals (Fort Worth, Katy, Houston), and 1 marine import terminal (DeZavala), shown in Figure 1 The 5 facilities are responsible for supplying the cement to internal and external customers in the Texas Region Ft.
