Diagnostic skills are another skill set that are important in a leader. These skills help in identifying problems, collecting data, and analyzing the situation.

Initiation skills are key skills to be able to lead change. These skills enable a person to take lead and use problem solving skills.

Organizational skills are the skills that help leaders stay on top of tasks, use time management, and remain structured.

An organization's structure is the foundation to any organization. When an organization goes through change, the structure can be changed to adapt to the change. As long as the structure is clear, thought out, and everybody understands the structure the change will go smoothly.
