Full-time Description The OpsTech IT Supply Chain team has an immediate opening for an experienced Global Operations Leader, responsible for all aspects of product assembly/delivery, quality and process improvement programs (Kaizen events). Through our Rapid Asset Deployment (RAD) team, Operations is responsible for centralization of network spare pools, repair of equipment, RMA's, and liquidation of assets. As we continue to grow our services, RAD will put more focus on the configuration and building of equipment, used to support new site launches. The ideal candidate will provide global leadership and direction for the organization to achieve delivery and production goals in support of the Master Production Schedule. Through your leadership of cross functional teams, you will develop strategy, hold teams accountable and champion a culture of continuous improvement. As a senior leader, you will coach your managers in leadership and behavioral competencies in order to deliver high impact business results.
