$1.$ You must read the case and write $2$ essays inside one document looking at the case from the Plaintiff point of view $($how should this case be proved and tried$)$ and one essay taking the Defendants point of view $($how should this case be defended$).$

$2.$ Each essay should be about $2$ pages in length with a $13$ font single or double spaced.

Each essay must:

$3.$ Use text quotes $(2-5)$

$4.$ Use outside research quotes $(2-5)$

$5.$ Contain strong arguments for both the plaintiff and defense

$6.$ After writing the two essays finish the second essay with your own conclusion or judgement

Mills purchased a product called Dr No$-$Chew's Saffron Extract, $($marketed as "America$$s Hottest New Flat Belly$)$ online from Dr$.$ No$-$Chew company. The website stated that recently published studies showed significant weight loss $($more than $25$ percent$)$ for people who used pure saffron extract as a supplement without diet or exercise. Dr No$-$Chew said that the saffron suppresses appetite by increasing levels of serotonin which reduces emotional eating. Mills took the extract for three months as directed without any resulting weight loss. Mills $($Plaintiff$)$ sued the Dr No$-$Chew company $($Defendant$)$ for his emotional distress and loss of job because of the failure of the No$-$Chew product.
