Pick a small IS project. Describe the scenario, and create a list of the project's tasks $($use main tasks from WBS if you have $>4$ tasks$).$

In a new column note immediate task dependencies $($preceding activities$).$

Use PERT to calculate the estimated time $($ET$)$ for each task $($Add: o $,$ r$,$ p$,$ and Expected Time columns$).$

Summarize the project schedule $($Add: TE$,$ TL$,$ and Slack Time columns$).$ Make sure this schedule is consistent with task dependencies and estimated times. Your submission should look like the table below:
