Chapter 3 illustrates four different product portfolio evaluation models, as follows: Strategic Buckets (Fig. 3.8); Bubble Diagrams (Fig. 3.9); the Strategic Decision Group Evaluation Model (Fig. 3.10); and, a Multiple Objectives/Product Types model (Fig. 3.11). Choose a model that resonates with you and discuss how that particular model would work in tandem with the PIC to ensure that product development activity is strategically aligned.
