• All-staff meetings
• Lunch and learns or before or after hours get-togethers
• Internal website or portal established specifically for the project
• Email
• Chat technology
• Project newsletters
• Virtual meetings
• Conference calls/videoconference calls

Please provide me an example of when each of the above methods would be acceptable. For instance, for formal one-on-one meetings, your selection could possibly be Year-end Performance Reviews.
