Chapter 8 Inpatient - Book Resource

Create a table list that describes individually Inpatient Facilities and Services. Describe hospital types, classification of public services and multiunit affiliation. Classification by type of services, length of stay, location and other types of Hospital. Discuss hospital governance, licensure, certification and Accreditation and finally ethical and legal issues of patient care. In addition, list the main forces that were responsible for hospital downsizing.

In addition, do a small internet search and list two (2) Inpatient Facilities along with some of the services providing their official name, address, and contact telephone along with the web address link.

Within the table that you create be sure that the content is structurally designed, organized and labeled appropriately for you will be utilizing this information later. When student list the information in a table format I find that it is easier to combine the information.
