check for spelling grammar and punctuation

Data analysis is a great skill to have because it gives you the ability to read between the lines and make better informed decisions. When data is collected it means nothing until it is organized in one of the many programs that is available to use. Microsoft Excel is the program I normally use to do data analysis or visualizations. It is a great user-friendly program that gives the ability to figure out what the data is trying to tell me by organizing it correctly. Microsoft Excel makes it easy to add up information and average data to figure out certain trends. The program we used for this class I felt was a tad bit more difficult to use. I think that is partially because I am unfamiliar with the program and it's capabilities. When I used Excel, it took me a while to become proficient using the program because there are so many different things you are able to do. Now that I have used it for a while I am able to confidentially dive into data and find answers to common issues. The program used in this class offers many of the same things when it comes to creating graphs but as far as the data entry in this particular case all we had to do was upload a file which contained all the data we needed for the graphs we created. If I could change anything I would have found a way to make the visualizations we created larger in order to show all the data that it contained. The graphs that I submitted in my assignment were small and much of the information was cut off which doesn't allow for someone to full understand when viewing it.
