2. Then you must identify major deliverables for the project (e.g., completing the design could be a major deliverable for building a house) and then list all the tasks that must be completed for the major deliverable to be ready (for example, the tasks for completing design as a major deliverable could be: completing the initial design, planning, building regulation, and developing the construction drawings).
