Instructions Class (or virtual class) Activity for Chapter 1 1. Choose a project, Develop a list of tasks and deliverables for a project of your choice (it can be any type of project that you're Interested in including Information Technology, Construction, Event Planning, New Product Development, Marketing Campaign, etc.). a. List the project itself as the main deliverable for the project (e.g., if your project is building a house, the house itself is the main deliverable) b. Then you must identify major deliverables for the project (e.g., completing the design could be a major deliverable for building a house) and then list all the tasks that must be completed for the major deliverable to be ready (for example, the tasks for completing design as a major deliverable could be completing the initial design, planning, building regulation, and developing the construction drawings). Note that this will be the project that you are going to use for the rest of the course in your class (or virtual class) activities and Microsoft Project (M Project) practices. Start Date
