Choose a small or medium sized business related to any one of the following: 

a) Boutique hotel 

b) Food catering 

c) Delivery service 

d) Jewellery retail store 

e) Gymnasium or personal fitness coaching service 

f) Tour operator  

Make sure that the business that you choose is not a franchise NOR does it have branches. Poh Kong, Tomei and Habib Jewels for instance cannot be among your choices.  You are not allowed to choose an organization that has been studied by Strategic Management, Hospitality Strategic Management or Business Analysis/Business Strategy students in the previous semesters either. If you are interested to study a business in other industries than those listed above, please discuss it with your instructor.
