Your plan should include:

• Analysis of the current level of skills including current strengths and weaknesses
• Determine the objectives of the development needs
• Prioritise the objectives from most important to least important
• Identify at least three (3) activities that you will undertake
• Provide an outline of at least two (2) sources of support that you will use including professional services and networks
• Set deadlines for the achievement of each of the objectives (be realistic)
• Determine the dates on which you will review your development plan. This should be at regular intervals
• Determine who will participate in the review
