[C#]How would I print out a hollow rectangle using user input?

I need to ask the user for a number of columns and rows. Then I need to print out a rectangle using the *. Here is the code I currently have:

Console.WriteLine("Welcome");

int col;

Console.WriteLine("How many columns?");

Int32.TryParse(Console.ReadLine(), out col);

int rowed;

Console.WriteLine("How many rows?");

Int32.TryParse(Console.ReadLine(), out rowed);

Now how would I go about actually printing this as a rectangle to the user?
