Isolate the impact of recent initiatives to see

how they have changed both efficiency and

effectiveness.

Determine what happened in the last two

quarters that has led to the dramatic decrease

in batteries produced per hour.

I think maintaining our current focus for the

next year is our best option.

Work to increase the percentage of batteries

produced that meet quality standards

because it has the most impact on the bottom
