Discussing about circular supply chains and considered a case study of developing a circular system for a product at Herman Miller. Herman Miller faced serval challenges and incurred many costs (both hard and soft) in the process.

Find an example from business of a company who created a circular chain for a specific product or set of products. For that product/set of products do the following:

1. explain how the company attempted to or did created a circular chain (e.g., what did they do to acquire products at the end of the life cycle, did they redesign products to be able to be put back through the supply chain)

2. list out 3 challenges or substantial costs you think they faced in the process

provide a specific product/set of products and the company

provide an explanation of product acquisition

note features of the product/product set that may have been altered in order to be part of a circular supply chain

list out three specific costs/challenges faced during the process
