You are HR manager of a large business organization. For over one

year the employees turnover in your organization is very high. Some

of the very talented and experienced employees part ways with the

organization. The morale and productivity of the employees are also

low. All this negatively impacted the bottom line of the organization

significantly.

The CEO of the organization has given the task to you to find the

reasons of this problem and submit a written report with

recommendations.
