• This includes informing the facilitator of the nature of the company
• What does it do? (manufacturing, service, etc.) (This is a short narrative)

• Identify departments, and number of employees, (additional pertinent company information needed to understand the company)
• Surrounding companies and environment (Explain what companies are in the surrounding areas. Short narrative explaining them.)
