[Classes 6 and 7: The Legislative Process] Suppose you are approached by a strange looking person in a cloak. This person explains to you that JK Rowling's Harry Potter books are true! They conjure a spell as proof, and you believe them. They've come to you, however, for help analyzing their process of policymaking.
