Watch the video and do a Summary & Response. Your discussion should contain two paragraphs. The first should be labeled 'summary' and the second should be labeled 'response'.

Summary: The first sentence of the summary should state the speaker and title of the Talk you watched. The second sentence should be the main point of the Talk. It should answer the question: "What was the main point of this Talk"? The rest of the summary is a brief account of the evidence, arguments, and examples, used by the speaker to support the main point. This is where you are summarizing the ideas of the speaker. Do not go into too much detail here. Rather, summarize the key ideas and take-aways.

Response: This is where you respond to the Talk. You will share your ideas about the Talk. What points did you agree with? What did you disagree with? Did the speaker provide good support for the topic? What are you likely to remember about the Talk? Where did you see weaknesses? Was there something that you didn't understand or agree with? Do you think the information in this talk will have an effect on your approach to leading others?
