Client Deliverable - 25% Client Deliverable Submission Structure Requirements 1. Cover Page 2. Transmittal / Submission Letter - to the Instructor 3. Table of Contents, Figures, Appendices etc. 4. Executive Summary - This will be an executive summary of your Analysis report. It will give your client all the key and critical information of the report. Effectively communicating all the core information and considerations from your report submission. Should effectively set up and support the rest of the Client Deliverable submission. This will be between 4-8 pages in length. 5. Introduction of the HR opportunity or Concern 1. What is it? 2. Why is it important - what impact is it or will it have on the organization 6. Recommendation: Discuss the recommendation to be developed and implemented. 7. Built Ready Solution: The Product or Products you have built for your organization to implement. The client deliverable will contain the work created in the Client project. This work will be assessed on the extent to which it meets a professional standard and how close it is to being "implementation ready." 8. Implementation and Change Management Plan: With all required steps, (ie training system set up) resources described including estimated costs, and a timeline for implementation
