Jacob is an enterprise client and has an existing application in the compliance domain, and has 50 enterprise customers. He approached your organisation for the support project and development of new features to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Q4 - In the initial interaction with the client, he confirmed that the previous team was following agile methodology. When you reviewed the project in terms of agile, the team was just having daily standups and no other sprint ceremonies. The tickets were planned in the sprint on an Adhoc basis, no estimation process in place, the release was happening every month and some other issues.
