Clinical Data Analysis $($R Only$)$

In this exercise, we will ask you to analyze

synthetic data from a healthcare center to answer

three questions. Please use the

"DiagnosisSample.csv$"$ and "TreatmentSample.csv$"$

to answer the questions to the best of your

abilities. To begin, open

"analysis$\_$questions.ipynb" file and read through

the notebook for additional instructions. Introduction

In this exercise, we will ask you to analyze synthetic data from a healthcare

center to answer three questions. Please use the "DiagnosisSample.csv$"$

and "TreatmentSample.csv$"$ to answer the questions to the best of your

abilities. We have structured this exercise in a way which minimizes the

amount of assumptions you will need to make during the analysis, and are

primarily looking for your ability to complete this exercise and arrive at the

correct answer. That said, if you need to make any assumptions, please be

sure to clearly note and explain those assumptions in your answers.

In order to minimize bias in our niring process, we prefer to send the same

assessment to all candidates. We kindly request that you do not post the

questions or your solutions anywhere that is publicly available online $($e$.$g$.$

The exercise

A cancer clinic wants to understand how three antineoplastics $($i$.$e$.$ anti$-$

cancer drugs$)$ A$,$ B$,$ and C are given, either as monotherapy or in

combination with another drug. The clinic has provided us with two

datasets:
