MUST follow the Project Report format, which should contain the following sections:

$1.$ Executive Summary: You should summarize your leadership reflection report briefly. $[05$ Marks$]$

$2.$ Introduction: Provide a brief background and introduction about the leader and the chosen firm. Ensure to highlight some of the characteristics that you feel made them the leader. $[08$ Marks$]$

$3.$ Literature Review: You should conduct a review of relevant academic literature using at least $6-8$ articles taken from reputed research journals$/$ article publications, as well as in addition consider any other secondary literature reports, company data$/$ any other relevant data, to critically analyse the available literature. The literature review should be based on:

a$.$ Discussion on the term stakeholder and the impact these stakeholders can have on the chosen industry. $[07$ Marks$]$

b$.$ Different external environmental factors and their influence on the strategy and leadership style of the company. $[10$ Marks$]$

$4.$ Application of theory to practice: You need to compare actual practices in the case study organisation with the concepts learnt in theory. It may point out similarities and differences, agreements and contradictions, arguments, and counter arguments, and suggest explanations for these relationships. The focus of this section needs to be: $-$

a$.$ Describe different types of organizational politics and explain which would be some of the strategies you would want to bring to avoid$/$resolve the conflict maintaining healthy environment in the firm. $[10$ marks$]$

b$.$ Discuss once of the major crisis situation that this organization has faced in the past. If you were a leader, what would you do to manage the crisis that the firm faced. $[10$ marks$]$

$5.$ Conclusions and Recommendations:

a$.$ You should summarize the main findings, including their implications $[5$ Marks$]$

b$.$ Provide recommendations that directly relate to this analysis and can help in avoiding similar scenario in the future. $[5$ Marks$]$
