In addition to documenting the results of the product examination, the QAS is responsible for notifying the supplier of the decision. ACCEPT The contract, QALI or LOD may require the QAS to supply documentation of the acceptance determination that will accompany the accepted lot. The QAS should make any required adjustments to the sampling levels in accordance with the switching rules and update the GCQA surveillance plan accordingly.
