One of your staff is not showing good performance and arriving late to open the facility. The members are always waiting for the center to open and quite often the staff member is not able to find the clientele’s details quickly on the system.
You plan to hold a 20-minute coaching session with the team member to establish how to help the team member reach their performance targets and determine what steps the team member should undertake. Considering the situation, and by evaluating the situation on the basis of my 10 years working experience in NTPC corporation as a mark leader of the team. I will recommend the following solution in such situation.
- I will recommend the problem of the specific employee I will to solve by motivating the specific employee.
- Among the team members, I will target the most genius member among them, and he will tell me the weak and strong thing of the team.
- After it, I will evaluate the problem by conducting 20 minutes coaching session. In my coaching session I will point out the specific person.
- Overall, I will recommend my solving trick in APPENDIX below.
