Question 1 You are required to develop a graphical user interface (GUI) to register student borrower record. The program should produce a GUI of size 400 x 200 pixels and should be shown in the middle of the screen. The program should shut down when the user press the close button on the top right corner. Add Borrower Add Borrower Name: Program: Library ID: Submit The interface should allow the entry of a new borrower's name and program that the borrower is enrolled. The program will then generate a library ID for the borrower. The label of title should be center aligned and you may design the font type and color by your own creativity.
