CODE USING C++

This program will be a recreation of the tortoise and the hare race. It must be made using pointers. The racecourse will be of size 70 and made up of an array. The tortoise's location is shown by a "T" and the hare's location is shown by a "H". Simulate the race one minute at a time while making the tortoise and hare move by using pointers. The tortoise and hare move in different ways based on a random selection of different moves shown below. Possible Tortoise moves: 50% 3 spaces forward 30% 1 spaces forward 20% 6 spaces back Possible Hare moves: 10% 12 spaces back 20% 9 spaces forward 20% not moving 20% 2 spaces back 30% 1 spaces forward The locations of the tortoise and hare at each minute of the race will be captured and recorded. Below is an example of what it should look like: Start Finish H- -H---T- -OUCH!!! During the race, if the tortoise and hare land on the same position then the racecourse should display the word OUCH The first to cross the finish line is the winner of the race and the program should say who won
