CODING IN JAVA for Stats Assignment #1

Can you please make me a histogram representing this data.

You should have received your own unique data set. Your data set should include (among other things) 10 ordinal variables, 5 of which belong to one questionnaire, and the other 5 of which belong to a different questionnaire. For this assignment, you will only use one of the 10 ordinal variables. You get to pick which variable to use.

For whatever variable you use:

1. create a histogram representing the distribution of scores for that variable
2. compute the mean, median, range, and standard deviation of the variable
3. describe, in non-mathematical terms, the distribution of the variable (e.g., normally distributed, skewed, any outliers?)
4. discuss the implications of that distribution for conducting research on that item (e.g., will the results of any types of analyses lead (or not lead) to potentially misleading conclusions be specific)
