CollegeScorecard.xlsx please see the attached link for data sets

There seems to be a lot of missing data. Some cells have the words NULL which is a great way to find missing data. However, there are some cells that are just blank. Give me the cell numbers that are blank. For example CX13 is blank. Pick one blank cell and tell me how you would address the blank data. I realize if you sort this worksheet, then CX13 is not a blank cell. Dont worry about this and just report all missing cells even with them sorted.

There seems to be an outlier in the in the PCTFLoan column (column DJ). What row is this outlier? How did you find it in the data?

If there are other outliers in the data, how would you find them? What techniques would you use in Excel? You dont have to fix them, just tell me how you would.
