IT Resources:
Sophia Yoon: Sophia has been assigned to your project. She is a business analyst who has worked in the

people in organization. She is great at working with subject matter experts to identify and document
requirements.
Dina Smith: Dina has been assigned to your project and is excited to be working with you. She has
worked in the organization for about years and is also well connected and very good at working with
subject matter experts to identify and document requirements.
Satwinder Kaur: Satwinder has been assigned to your project and is very excited that the organization
will be implementing the new software. He has been with the organization for years and is considered
an excellent Application Specialist. He has learned the software you are using and is considered an
expert at it He will be working to ensure the software is configured to meet the requirements of both
Finance and HR
Finance Resources:
John Adams: John will make himself available to ensure that finance requirements are known and
understood so the software is can do what finance needs it to do John has worked in the organization
for over years and is very knowledgeable about the processes and procedures of the finance
department. He also has a lot of good ideas as to how the organization can improve its processes
Diana Lemon: Diana will also make herself available to you to ensure finance requirements are
understood. She has been with the organization for years and is very knowledgable and willing to
share her knowledge and ideas.
HR Resources:
Randy Ford: Randy has been with the organization for years and has worked in HR for of those
years. He has a wealth of information. He is committed to this project and has a strong desire to ensure
the software supports the needs of HR
Joanne Miller: Joanne is new to the organization but has years experience working at a similar
organization. She is very educated in terms of the latest HR trends and best practices. She is very busy,
but has said she will make herself available to help define the requirements of HR
ASSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
Using a RASCI matrix, list assigned resources on one axis and activities in another. Determine how you
would assign responsibility by assigning the appropriate letter RASCI. to the appropriate resource.
