Comfit is a chain shop engaged in Women’s Footwear business. Recently their designs are well appreciated by the customers and the sales have increased many folds. But there have been some complains about their capability of handling the demand and providing adequate customer service. The Owner of the company feels that the sales department and stock controlling system of the shop should be computerised for better customer support. The success of the software is based on a proper analysis of their existing system and coming up with an efficient design to solve the problems.
