EMPLOYMENT Holm V. Agat Laboratories Ltd Bailey Gakhal, Brandon Longstreet, Colton Yaremko, Levi Johnson, & Nyah Foote October 2013 Holm starts his position as Manager of Air Services with Agat Laboratories Ltd. OVERVIEW April 14, 2014 Holm is informed that the "fix it" person at Agat would be taking over his position and he had to move to a smaller office next door by the end of that day September, 2014 Holm was called to a meeting to be told he was disliked and that everyone was complaining about him but received no feedback about why this was happening 01 02 03 04 95 05 January 2014 Scott completed a job performance review with Holm - where Holm was determined to be meeting/exceeding company expectations April 16, 2014 Holm asked to be reinstated as the Manager of Air Services but was advised he would instead be transferred to the Energy Division as an Operations Manager with 50 people reporting to him September, 2014 cont. Following this meeting, Holm was told he needed to move back to the Air Quality building by the end of the day into the small office he originally started in April 2014 OVERVIEW September, 2014 cont. Holm asked what the concerns about his performance were and was told that this question was an example of his inability to be a manager or a leader April, 2018 The case is seen before the Court Of Queen's Bench Of Alberta 06 07 08 09 10 September, 2014 cont.
