Fire safety in the workplace is an important aspect for employers and employees. Employers are almost always legally bound to provide the information necessary to keep workers safe. This information is often overwhelmingly presented with a long list of other documents and presentations, as different legislation requires workers and management to abide by their rules as well. Legislation around conduct, accessibility, harassment, inclusivity are all examples of information that is required to be relayed. It becomes just noise, like the safety talk at the beginning of a flight: nobody listens to it. If anything would actually happen, likely 90% of the passengers wouldn't know what to do. But the company 'did their due diligence'.
