Communication Management Plan

As the project manager, youve been tasked with putting together a team to deliver a new set of parking lot signs for the neighborhood church. These signs will help the members of the church find their way into and out of the parking lot, and help the elderly find their way to the loading/unloading zone. In this way, traffic should flow more smoothly and there should be less chaos every Sunday. You estimate youll need up to 7 people to complete this project. In addition, there will also be a representative from the City to help with the wording on the signs to ensure they are aligned to all standards.
